I went in to buy bait, i only wanted a bit of chokka but a staff member kept insisting that i should get a bag of sardines as well, he claimed that it was very fresh good quality bait. I defrosted the sardines over night and the next morning on the beach i opened my bag of fresh sardines" when i took one out the meat literally fell of of the bone

After coming to Mossalbay for the past 8 years supporting their shop and spending substantial amount of money buying new fishing rods, fishing equipment ect after the experience I have today in your store I will be calling quits from here onwards.A week ago I bought a new fishing rod, braid ect from you got excellent advice as what to do and use but when something is defective on a the product (Assassin Sabre fishing rod) then you guys just throw your hands up and blame on the client, by abusing" the equipment. Please explain to me
