I was absolutely blowen away with the service I received from Reenies. I Did not think it was possible to get such service.My car was recked during the riot it was taken to Rennie’s panel beaters. I was messed around by my insurance company with the assessor where they kept declining things on the vehicle. This left me without transport to continue with work. Rennie’s called me to update me on what was happening throughout, and I explained that I was stuck. They then offered to loan me one of their vehicles while I was sorting the issues out with my insurance this already made me stop in my tracks and think a little. (Wow what good service). To cut a long story short the insurance eventually approved everything and gave the go ahead. Rennie’s then proceeded to keep updating me on the process for e.g.: your car is now prep and going in for painting etc….Well, let me tell you something when I went to go collect my Vehicle that is when I was Completely blowen away. I get there and standing in front of me is this car that looks like it is brand new out of the box. I Mean proper showroom condition. I Proceeded to walk around the car with a fine-tooth Combe to try and find a fault but to my surprise nothing.Thank you so much Rennie’s for the great workmanship, Staff friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile for your customers. I RECOMMEND Rennie’s panel beaters to anybody looking to have their vehicle repaired.

My car went for panel beating. Work was done in less than a week and well done, clean, neat...car looks as good as new.Iam jst not happy with me being sent to the dealership for diagnostic. I thought when all was done, they would take my car to the dealer for that since there is a red key appearing on the dash after the accident. I feel on that part they have failed me, since iam not familiar with the language spoken by dealers and they understand it as panelbeaters.L.M. Cele
