The WORST. They closed the door of their store in my face at 17:30... when pointing out the hours listed on that door (17:45) to them, the woman said It's stocktake now

Went their again today 7 March 2020. useless even more so!!if I could rate it 0 I would. Worst customer service I have ever received. Ive been there almost 5 times now and it is just getting worse. Each time I walk out there I am extremely upset. The Indian young lady has an attitude. You do not even get a hallo when you walk in the door. Terrible terrible terrible. Do not support.

Everytime i come to postnet i see new faces, I wonder why. Dikeledi keep up the good work. you always go extra miles to make your customers happy.

The management of this office really needs to start recognizing Dikeledi and how well she runs that store. Efficiency, customer service, friendliness she is the life of that store you literally feel the difference even in the air when she is not there. I remember i went there last year she was busy with a client that posting a lot of things and it was big household contents so it was boxing and wrapping, she is so good at multitasking and making sure the line is moving, moving between the wrapping of the box of that customer to ensuring the queue is moving so that customers are not irate. Thank you Dikeledi for always going the extra mile and your positive outlook and excellent customer care skills. You are the life of that store i feel the difference every time you are not there. Excellent customer service from Dekeledi. She was patient, helpful, resourceful and flexible too. Her energy is awesome towards all customers that she assisted on my visit here. I hope she's earns a good salary for her services.

Slow service is poor service.Waiting half an hour for service which the owner can perform is not on. The owner went shopping. Not a crime, but not how one runs a business. The staff could have called on her mobile but did nothing. Shopping is essential, I guess. Fortunately, there are other providers in the vicinity. I would not have been peeved had I not called and checked whether she would be there as I rushed to shop in 10 minutes to get a doc commissioned. The guy said she would leave in 15 minutes. Anyway, all is well, ends well, no complaints at Post link Polofields via SAPS.

They overcharged me for an overnight delivery on Thursday, my package only arrived the next Tuesday. They refused to give me a refund for the overnight charge balance. I will never go back!!
