The person that answered the phone refused to identify themselfs, then reminds me it is a holiday. Why answer the phone if you are not working on a holiday? Then after a few more questions concerning monies that I am paying into their account on a monthly basis as well as this case being at their company, my personality gets attached by calling me rude. I give my phone number and ask more than once if they will call me back after looking into the case. They still have not called me back in 2 weeks now. Why should I refer them for business or do any business with them ever again?
