Service is friendly but they could not manage to repair my two pumps. Took it back twice but without any success. I got tired of taking them out and putting them back. I just replaced them ! Would not recommend Granlor.

Helpful staff and the owner really knows he’s stuff

Dodgy wiring in the motor(Done with a chocolate block), burnt the motor. When confronted with the dodgy wiring, he says thats the industry standard. Blames it on a power surge or that the motor got stuck, but they also replace the bearings. With first use of the motor I suddenly had a power surge. Arrongant in his approach, as he already has my money. BLY WEG

This person has ripped me R445.00 for a Capacitor from his store, when I returned it without the Capacitor even been used, he said that electronics can not be refunded. So I just dropped it on his Table and walked out. I will never use them ever again for any business or work.

Exceptional service from Michael and staff.

Recieved the motor back without a ground wire as the original had. When asking the owner to please put a ground as the original winding (due to it being used to shut off the motor as a safety trip) he got upset and wanted to charge an exhorbitant sum which was clearly made up to be unreasonable and made the whole repair unviable. In the process of asking about the wire colors he used and what each one represented (so we could connect the motor again), he became irate, beside himself, and used holy names in vain and various other explitives while ordering me out of his premises at the top of his lungs. (All communication from my side was peaceful and were simple questions, it's really strange how he lost control of himself (to the point of what seemed to be near violence by his yelling and countenance) in the midst of such basic communication.) The electrician who I got to install the motor also didn't understand the owner's custom wiring labeling" and "explanation" and thus had to call him and after some struggle
