The quality of their products are exceptional, and second to none. I have tried a variety of their products over the years and none have been anything other than excellent. The only thing stopping this review from being a 5 is that their delivery and logistics processes need some looking in to - the deliveries are often on time. This can be understandable if there are unexpected circumstances, however the office does not always phone to notify of delays, and trying to get proactive feedback on deliveries is often tough (their dispatch personnel needs to review their delivery processes/checks/balances).Other than that, would still recommend them above anybody else for people looking for exceptional quality cheese.

Don't really know how to rate this place. The cheese is very good, but the shop is a unorganized mess. You get the impression that they are not really prepared to sell directly to the public; yet they do.Updated after response from business:In line with the response, I've changed my rating from 3 to 5. I fully understand your current situation, and will be looking out for your cheese at the outlets you've mentioned. Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review.

Try their panini absolutely delicious, this place has a wide selection of italian meats and cheese, all the shop products are sourced from local vegetable farms, everything is organic, they really care for offering a good option at a very reasonable price.

A very odd experience. There is a bit of a run down deli next to the actual factory where they produce the cheese. I mistakenly went into the factory thinking I could buy the cheese there. Hygiene does not prevail and the office is chaos. Wouldnt buy there

They make great cheese and I am a big fan of the burrata however everytime I call and make an order it's never ready. I have bought 4 times from the shop directly and called 1-2 days before and it's never ready, always have to sit and wait for over an hour each time. Great product however service is not

Italian cheese to its best... They are producing a very good fior di latte, Nodini, Bocconcini and Burrata... Otherwise they import Italian cheese, pasta and cold meat in very good Quality. Just 50m away is a deli where customers can buy small amounts in retail as Puglia is a wholesaler and not selling to the public... Go there and check it out...

The small restaurant has a good atmosphere with some italian music in the back. The food was good, specially the pasta. Also the service was good. Only thing to get not 5 stars: Why only water from Italy? We have excellent drinking water in the area.
