Great people. Superb food

I recently stayed at Kraal Addo and I have to say, the quality of the accommodation exceeded my expectations. It was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The location was also a plus, as it was located near the popular Addo elephant park and in a reasonably convenient. There were visible security guards around the property which also made it feel extra safe.The customer service provided by the accommodation was top-notch. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions or assist with any needs I had.One of the highlights of my stay was the availability of amenities such as a kitchen, internet access, and air conditioning. These amenities made my stay all the more comfortable and convenient.In terms of value, the price of the accommodation was extremely good given the location and amenities offered. I definitely felt like I got my money's worth.In addition to the accommodation itself, the restaurant at Kraal Addo was also a nice touch. The menu offered some unique and exotic meats such as kudu steaks and burgers, which was a nice change from the usual fare.It's worth noting that the area can be quite hot and remote, so it's important to come prepared with sunscreen and bug spray. Despite this, my overall experience at Kraal Addo exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very friendly and kind. Hospitality was great. Food was good to great. I gave a 4/5 due to the fact that their was a small discrepancy with the bill. 15 minutes and they had sorted it out. Other than that a great stay.

Husband and I stayed here earlier in the year. We had a great time with the owner and employees, and we were made to feel welcome at all times. Everyone is very laid back and lovely to speak with.Breakfast was the typical buffet style selection of any hotel. The only suggestion I would offer is to check the dining table chairs, as the ones at my table were a bit too upright and mildly uncomfortable. Of course, the food itself was still good. And if you'd like to dine out, be sure to ask for recommendations, as the place we were suggested was top notch and far superior to the restaurant inside Addo Park (and less expensive).Be sure to bring mosquito repellant as the bugs can get quite scary on hot days. It was over 40 degrees on one of the days we stayed, though our room remained comfortable with the aircon.ALSO, be sure to ask about the guided tours to Addo. Some packages include a barbie, and the guide has his own professional camera with the right lenses to get the best shots. We'll gladly come back next time we visit SA, hopefully soon!

I was there with a team for a camp. Our bedrooms had no wifi. We ate food that was tasteless. Hot water would ran out. However, your cleanliness was good.

Beautiful place in the middle of nowhere... very peaceful. rooms are very big, the pace is clean and the common spaces are nice. also the stuff was very nice, specially the Swedish girl at the front desk (unfortunately I don't remember the name).Perfect place of you what to spend a day at the Addo elephant park due is close to the Addo entrance.

Had a drink there. Nothing wild. Food menu not inspiring but adequate.
