Their customer service is atrocious. After being paid in full for replacing all the outside piping, they still cannot detect where the leak is. Dug up my garden and paving and it's going onto 3 weeks now, they have not fully completed the job. They do not take the time to finish the job properly, always rushing to the next job. Do not pay these people in full beforehand.

Did not come when i requested to come do a quotation. They then came unexpectedly when i was not there. Finally came and i paid for call out fee, which is fair enough. But i had to follow up with them to get a quotation, and the quotation was sent via WhatsApp. I then subsequently requested for the quotation to be sent via email on a document, but I’m still waiting. I have since requested a different supplier as i have gotten my red flags. Had a similar experience years back when i wanted to get a plumbing COC. Took long to get it.

Two weeks and still waiting for a quote. I asked for a quote on roof repairs, the roof was not looked at, rather my building was circled on foot with no visual inspection of the roof. Will gladly take my business and money elsewhere.

I was charged an exorbitant amount today for a dishwasher installation. I do understand it is a Sunday and a public holiday but the amount charged is daylight robbery.

Rip off their fees are ridiculous and the block drain they fixed isn't fixed a month later it's blocked again and they refuse to review the problem again saying there are no guarantees on blocked drains

Morning,We sent in our Gas Stove and Heater, on the 6th April 2023 just for some one to give us a cost of servicing the stove and fix the stove selector button as well as the ignitor switch for our gas heater.We were then told there was a call out fee, so e told them we would find another company. they then said they would not charge us for the call out fee, which was very nice of them.They collected out stove and wow was told would have at wait until after Easter before they could do anything.Got the quote which we found pricey but we need our stove to be fixed and returned.then our problems started, they returned the stove 3 times and it was not fixed, they did not service it according to how we received it back still dirty didn't even wipe the pipes down. When asked if this is not part of the service they said a service does not involve cleaning of the stove"" If you send your car in for a service they wash and clean it for you before returning it to you. Even when I sent my fridge in for repairs not to this Company I got back a clean fridge.Well they returned our stove eventually on 19/04/2023 but the one level on the front leg of the stove is damaged

After a week of following up everyday when they say they will call back and just booking things without letting us know any details and then still not responding! Shocking service! Def will not be using them
