Reported a door that warped in December 2022, which they installed, they promised to order a new door and fit in the new year once suppliers open. Lead time would be 6 weeks, It is now May 2023 - no feedback, does not answer calls or reply to messages.Be warned about delays and this business

Initially had some teething issues with a delayed order, but then all was rectified and Steven's professionalism and knowledge of the trade surpassed my expectations.I went looking for a custom door, or door frame, everywhere to fill the gap leading into my study. Nobody was able to assist and they all stated I need to find a carpenter. Then I found unique doors and they were able to make me a custom frame and fit everything with ease. Would certainly recommend them.

I required a new front door and my door frame is completely non-standard. I sent the measurements and ordered a new front door, which was tailor made for me, with windows and installation. By the following Wednesday Unique Doors had already built the door for me and had very knowledgeable tradesman out to my flat who delivered and fitted the front door. The quality of the door is impeccable and was fitted perfectly.I would highly recommend Unique Doors. What a pleasure it was doing business with them!

This Steve or Stefan guy of Unique Windows is a piece of rubbish. He got all the money upfront for work and when we added more work gave him the full deposit. We’ve been waiting for him more than 3 months now since March to come and finish his work.Be aware: He is NOT trustworthy at all.He is an absolute smooth talkerHe is no good at all.
