Batteries Galore

Very helpful and friendly staff. They made a lot of effort to help me with the rechargeable battery for my bicycle light.

Horrible experience at Batteries Galore. Called in yesterday and the guy says I can bring my battery in to charge, run through from Hemingways on my lunch break.. when I get there his on a call out and asks me to leave it next door and he'll get to it when he returns. This morning I call in and he says he hasn't charged it but he will fetch it right now and do a heavy charge which would take 3 hours. Tells me I can pick it up at 13:30. So again I jog up on my lunch break. When I get there, not only is he on call out again, but when he returns, all he has to say is, it's been chaos and he hasn't even fetched it from next door. Running a business is more than just running after money, it's about tending to your customers no matter how big or small the job. Don't take on jobs if you can't handle it, be open with your customers, or you could have just worked from home. I would suggest he employs an extra person.

Absolutely would recommend these guys.The owner is proper when it comes to the satisfaction of his customers.The work shows for itself, that the owner cares for his customers.Excellent service.

No -one was at the house or at least responded to the door bell. Service zero.Clearly after looking for the address and finding it eventually resulted in my frustration..I am so sorry to hear of your wife's passing. It must be really tough for you. Either way it was around 11.30 to 12.00 and no response. Please confirm that in future which tel or cell number must be used. When in your other business premises I always had great service. If I get a response to a cell call etc will certainly return. Again deepest condolences on the loss of your wife..
