Very bad service

They have a great and quick service

I handed in my fire extinguisher yesterday morning at 10 and was told tgat I can collect it at 10 again this morning. I was tgere at 10;15.,but could not get in. I tried to call them no less than 10 times, but the phone stayed engaged. I went back home and called at around 13;20. This time I was answered and told the woman I am on my way. When I got to the gate , I called again. The phone was ringing, but nobody answered. After waiting for about 15 minutes of waiting, I could only access the premisses,because nobody was there. There is no bell or anything at the gate, to xalk them.

Absolute waste of time.I had my fire exstinguisher with them for 6 weeks and it still did not get done.They finally called me and asked to pay for the work. I could not do that since they would not reply to my mail asking for their banking details.Went to pick up the extinguisher and pay on the spot, only to be told it was not filled.They then went on making excuses that they could not do it on site and had to send it away, which they told me when I initially dropped it off. But still after six weeks, they did not do it.I told them that they did explain all this to me when I dropped it off and said it would be done in the next week. Then it was a tirade off excuses of being under staffed and not getting to all the work.Bad business practise customer service, rather tell if you cannot deliver on something.
