The sales process is not always very smooth but you can get what you need even if you need to come back / order. They have limited stock on the shelves but can move inventory from warehouse and other branches. As a tech savvy person I still prefer them over their more expensive competitors.

I’m so disappointed with the products that are sold at store. I bought a power bank on Friday, yesterday I took it back because one USB port was not working, the C type input cable to charge the power bank not included in packaging. I was told to come back today as the manager was not around. Today I go again and I was told that I can’t get my refund back because the box/packaging is torn! They are ripping consumers off.They deserve a zero! Their manager Malcom is the worst manager ever

Poor service. Unfriendly staff. No-one available in technical department. Does not greet before they ask how they can help. Maybe it is only today (4 May 2023) that their service is poor since it seems there is no supervisor / manager. Really slack service.

What a terrable experience, we ordrred a cable on tuesday and was promised it would be at the stre on thursday by 10. Guess what ? It is not here and the person who promised is not available. So no help from matrix, just pulling up shoulders
