I have had a bad experience I ordered a sneaker online through Sportscene Mafikeng mall, they brought the wrong colour and never bothered to rectify, I had to make follow-ups its been 4 weeks now and I'm still waiting✋ so unprofessional.

Someone kindly from a sportscene branch in Cape Town ordered a shoe for me from your branch in mafikeng whilst giving the correct code for the shoe and you still delivered the wrong shoe colour. I am not happy with your service.
