Every visit to the cafe is disappointing. Service slow and poor. Food is good though. Required more attention to customers. Other Woolies shine compared to this store

Just a good Woolies. Glad to see that their clothing has gone back to the quality that we expect from these stores. By the way the best and most delicious cooked chicken. That alone deserves 5 stars.

One of the managers Natasha Malherb was extremely helpful made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. The professionalism was something that is rarely seen these days. A wonderful shopping venue and a well maintained shopping mall. One of the best choice of tile installations in South Africa. Shoppers can enjoy safety under foot. The Developer made a very wise choice!

I visited the food section at the Garden Route Mall yesterday at about 13h00. The shelves in the fresh produce section are absolutely bare while the filthy, smelly and visibly stoned packers are all bundled up in the middle of the shop, blocking shelf access and general traffic"

Ate at the taste Cafe. Service is slow, but the food is really good, wotth waiting for. Everything, from the kids choc shake to the sandwich etc. all tasty.
