Walking into Ian's place is a microcosm of everything you idealise in a South Africa where everyone gets on with their lives and we facilitate rather than impede each other.He and his team are the epitome of courtesy and help, everybody and his dog uses Ian's place, their customers have access to at least three of the languages available to South Africans, and a lot of the paperwork their customers need can be discussed and looked at , so this shop becomes a de facto information source,in South Africa a lot of people are being overwhelmed with bureaucratic requirements for bits of paper and an assumption of access to technological artefacts,Ian and his team do a lot of public service in this regard,and Ian is also a Notary public which if you live in this neck of the woods saves you a big trip all the way up to Muizenberg police station.If Ian dosen't have what you want he points you in the direction of someone who does,no hesitation in spreading the love,we could all do with neighbours like that let me tell you.Its reminiscent of the Springs at Newlands before the public access at the brewery side was moved, there are very few places where professionalism walks hand in hand with being attentive and responsive without obsequiousness, thank you guys for all your help!

The service is great, love the helpful staff upon store visits but email response time may be a disadvantage when you're really wanting to get production flowing.Further more the service is good.Keep up the good work guys, keep aiming to do better for customer and client satisfaction.
