Very nice showroom but the fast talking, “get ‘em in, get ‘em out” attitude of the consultant we met with was terrible. Prices seemed very reasonable but I’d strongly suggest paying more elsewhere to deal with people who at least pretend to care.

Trevors Carpets positive experience and recommend. Decided to replace carpets after 18 year of old carpets. Not knowing which type of carpet to buy it was Sales Consultant (David) who showed us the appropriate carpet from the vast variety on display. Store is large and well laid out.Customer service was excellent- sales person was friendly and happy to answer any questions that we had.We enjoyed the bonus coffee while shopping.

Just had our carpets installed in our new home and I honestly could not be happier with the service we received from the moment we walked through the front door, installation professionalism and quality of product. The crew at Trevor’s are not only totally professional but friendly and offer some great advice so you don’t make a mistake choosing a product that will be with you for many years. Trevor carpets installed my carpet and vinyl floors. Carpet was excellent, however the vinyl was not installed properly. I have big marks from my light dinning chairs. It lifts in the corners of house. They said that's how the vinyl is laid. Had I of known this I would of paid extra in the start for proper floor boards. They will not replace it and now it's costing me to redo, which I feel is wrong. Especially after only being in my house for a week and it started marking. I do not recommend Trevor carpets at all. They've ripped me off big time

If you want something completed on time don't bother with these Muppets. Their double delay caused my aircon installation to blow out by almost a week, in this weather that's absolutely horrendous. Workmanship has been average at best too.

Very disappointed once they have your money they don’t care what you end up with and you will have to do all the chasing. We paid 50% deposit to do a simple 2 x bedroom carpet in install they came to our house and scoped the work supposedly. Two days before the install we regrettably we paid the full amount with a promise from them that they wouldn’t let us down. Guess what..they did, just as I thought. The carpet was laid but the trims where not put back because the job was not scoped properly (lazy) and the layer didn’t come with the correct trims. He said he would send us a quote to complete the job and come back and do it. 2 weeks later and nothing! I had to follow up and the guy at Trevor’s carpet lackadaisical, probably because he’d already been paid! He made it sound like it was my fault the job wasn’t finished. Not my job to manage and scope the job, that’s why I pay you! We had to pay extra to have the trim finished. Suggest you don’t pay them until they finish the job and you are happy, if you use them that is. I won’t use them again and won’t be recommending them.Why don’t you call me you have my number and email address and you weren’t interested when I had to follow you up to get the job finished.You are very cheeky Trevor’s carpets especially when I provided you with all the information and photos of the unfinished job. Months have gone by and you still haven’t contacted me.

Disgusting customer service.We were initially dealing with Mark from the Joondalup store. We provided house plans and Mark came out to measure the rooms as well. The carpet that was supplied did not fit the room and was out by 350 on one side and 200 on the other length.We advised the store this was incorrect and was told he was on annual leave and to wait for when he returned. We did this. On his return we received no phone call, no apology and no attempt to correct the carpet.We were told the senior manager of both Joondalup and Osbourne park Brent was going to be coming out to check the job this morning before 9am. My husband took the morning off work. When it reached 9:30am no phone call from Brent or the store to advise us, his morning ‘Brent’ had gotten busy and was no longer coming today. If we hadn’t of called the store we would still be waiting. The rudeness and total disregard for our time and money is shocking. This has been going on now for nearly two weeks and all they seem to be doing is trying to remove blame and are not offering any solution to fix the carpet.
