Staff are not helpful, not friendly, you actually feel very unwelcome when you walk through the doors. As a client I'm confused as to where to go and who to talk to. Not only that but the product I ordered a week ago took them 45 minutes to bring to me. No one offered me a seat, coffee or told me to wait or apologized for the delay. Pathetic...
