The service has become more disappointing by the day. We bought burgers and two doughnuts. The lettuce in the burgers were so wilted and the doughnuts are very stale. Stake as in cracking stale.So disappointed.

Waited 15 minutes at the drive through to be told that the restaurant did not have water and therefore could not serve drinks. They deceived me and all the customers in the drive through by pretending everything was normal prior to ordering. There were no signs or notices saying they were experiencing issues. I ordered and said I that I did not want to be charged for a drink since I was not getting one. I then paid and noticed that I had been charged with the normal meal fee even though it did not come with a drink which is extremely disingenuous. I complained when I picked up the food and was not given any form of compensation for not getting a drink. I demand a refund for paying for a drink I did not receive. I will not go to this establishment again.

This McDonald's is for me a bit better on service. The staff is very friendly. It is probably best to visit outside peak times, since they do get very busy sometimes.

Terribly disappointed. I notice all the recent reviews are also all 1 stars.Not from this area, and my wife was booked in to the hospital nearby. I stayed as long as I could while still having time to get dinner before they close at 20:00 on the 16th of May.I arrived a few minutes before 20:00, but the lady behind the door wouldn't open, and shook her head that they are already closed. Had to arrange with the guesthouse to order me dinner or go to bed hungry.Tried ordering again today, (maybe the staff working on the 16th previously worked at Home Affairs and forgot that they now have a new job), but no meals were available on Uber Eats. Everything is out of stock/sold out according to the app, and I could only order burgers only".All in all

Got a quarter pounder with cheese. Was so salty could hardly swallow it. The size was also not what I remember for a quarter pounder. Would have paid less and gotten just as much with a double cheese burger as they are the EXACT same size

If your webside says you are open at 06:30 and when you get there it is 06:45 and you are still closed but there are staff inside. pleae correct your times. these days you cant order online breakfast because you only get the one product no drink or hasbrown that is so expensive you can only get it at the place. I would rather go somehere else that will be able to assist me in the early mornings.ps: there were there that was also waiting that also turned around angry.
