Was at the store at approx 11:15 and found 2 no staff eating plated food at the counter, one at rear of shop and 1 at cashier....customers can wait....consult your cameras and you will confirm. There was however a gent called Colin over at the locks that was on the ball, well done to him.

Too many assistants busy on their cellphones, an odd few made the shopping experience tolerable.The layout of the shop is counter intuitive and not only blocks flow, but wastes time. Could not locate entrance to coffee shop, only at trying to check out at the wrong point, noticeable. Cashiers behind glass partitions unapproachable and cubicles badly signposted. Room for improvement.

Last time we were here a year ago this was one of the best hardware stores in the Lowveld.This time this BUCO was very poorly stocked. Many empty shelves and limited choice.Hope next time will be up to standard again.Safe on site parking and drive thru.
