Was there on the 23rd of Mar 2021 & it was closed. No activity at all around the complex.I happen to speak to a garden contractor & he says only next year they'll be open.Then today I look at the reviews & some people have been inside in the last week or two.@Hilton please update your listing here for the public to know exactly what's going on with your venue.

Can l just say ,what a lovely hotel and the staff are just wonderful .arrived on Saturday morning after a 26hr flight to find out that payment from our work never went through well the girls on the reception went through hoops to make sure we had everything sorted for myself and my work colleagues. What stars they all were so a big shout out to Dimakatso Phumelele Thandeka and last but not least Nosihle. Hilton should be so proud of you all ,you made a situation so bad feel like it was all smooth sailing. Thank you again Cathy

In general very pleased. The staff were very professional and friendly and made me feel welcome. Room is great and super quiet. Unfortunately the food / catering wasn't great - the buffet was very average and not cheap at around R300+ not many choices and food quality not 5 star hotel grade. Couldn't order a la Carte as there was a function" and they advised it would take more than an hour to prepare a meal. Pool was also very green and not swimmable."

Very friendly staff. Always available to help. Well trained. Gives a very good picture of the management. Rooms are clean. Food is nice, may do well with some more variety on meals: some green veggies and bigger steaks will be a welcome addition.Good parking and is close to shops etc.Highly recommended

Not bad. Doorman was super friendly and made us feel welcome. Definitely worth booking / upgrading to the executive floors. Better views and access to the business lounge. Aircons weren’t too great.

What a love hotel situated in the heart of Durban. Excellent service from very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms was a lovely size and had some good views of Durban. Good parking lot available. Breakfast was superb. Swimming pool looks amazing. Also has some shops and a hair salon in the hotel.

Friendly staff and good value for money. Great place to meet over coffee or client meetings. Their lunch and dinner menus are great in variety and taste. The look and feel of the establishment seems to be aging and could be better maintained, probably a makeover or redecorated. Despite this, still a great place to visit

An absolute treat! Such friendly staff and delicious food. The rooms were spacious and we had a lovely view. The toiletries available were outstanding quality and left you smelling amazing. Staff were efficient and helped us check in and check out our luggage. The room had block out curtains which made it lovely to sleep in late.
