Be very aware of this company. There is no aftermarket service and the owner Herman is full of excuses,even tried to scare us off by mentioning Mike Bolhuis is on our case. We bought a brand new 16kW DEYE invertor from Solar tech. Invertor only last 3days till full charge on batteries were received,then totally blanked out. They have no replacement in stock and they also dont keep any spares. We curremtly sit over 40 days with a R500k system that we cant use.

Don't make use of this company. They definitely don't honour there advertise 5 year guarantee. Brand new system only worked for 3 days. Owner, Herman, is full of excuses. We are without our 16kW system now for more than 40 days without a replacement unit,going the legal route now

Not impressed with sales nor backup! if something goes wrong the technician spends as little time as possible trying to problem solve, he just cuts conversations short. There was a problem with Shoto BMS last year and I needed assistance. He has absolutely no interest in trying to help. I've sent my 7 month old battery elsewhere to get the BMS sorted out
