I went with high expectations since she treated me so well in 2014, now when I arrived, was treated by a locum/ student, who was friendly, but the treatment was not good. I am disappointed

Very bad service, they will let sit in the reception for hours without explaining whether they are on lunch or wat and at that time you are the only patient in the room.the receptionist have too much attitude.
