Pixel Place Photo & Print

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEmy daughter sent an email with the pictures she wanted placed on a mug on Tuesday.On Wednesday I called to ask if it was ready and then it was discovered there was nothing printed as the email was blank. Only when I spoke to the assistant, did the pictures appear... reason given: internet was probably slow....We were then advised the cup would be done Thursday morning by 10h00. Thursday evening, we went to collect and there was no cup!!!Today, when I called, the cup was there and they've called my daughter to advise the cup was there??The person i dealt was was not at work yesterday, but she called to say the cup was there?

Pixel Place renamed Inbox in Soneike Mall has THE WORST service! Pathetic and staff is extremely unprofessional. Not willing to go the extra mile at all. How a internet printing shop can be offline for almost a whole day is incomprehensible to me, rather close your doors then. I had to wait a hour to print a page, which never happened. Eventually having to use Bluetooth to send the pdf to them as all other methods of communication was down, this was the morning. I returned late afternoon to find a long line op people outside and the shop still offline, while the shop attendant was standing outside busy on her phone. Upon approaching her and asking her if they would be able to assist me in printing the page she relied no as the they have cut off the line after the last person currently in the line. I reminded her how much time I lost this morning and asked if she could please squeeze me in and still she bluntly refused! They won't see me again!

Very unprofessional. Let you stand in the sun. People can walk in, no communicate with people in the line. Very sad that its the only printing place in the area.

Their customer service is definitely bad... when I walked in on 2 occasions there was no greeting and waiting almost 5 mins before being acknowledged (cos the one was printing something and the other was on the computer) not even a hi ma'am we'll be with you shortly" and the 2nd time there email was down and I had to Bluetooth a doc to print - luckily only 1 page. Another lady wanted to whatsapp them something but was told "whatsapp is down" not THEIR whatsapp

Waited very long.They opened 10 minutes late and were unprepared when they opened. Machines took forever to warm up. Very expensive. Paid R6 a photo where orms charged me R2.65 the previous day.Rather go to orms print room next time.

Always efficient, friendly and helpful. Great quality prints for affordable prices. Can get quite busy so just be a little patient with the staff.

very poor service. half of the time one of their technologies are broken. Waste of time
