I can highly recommend My Kleine Winkel.Please take the time to read my whole review to grasp the level of excellence this company work at.I purchased a CCTV camera about three months ago. The order and payment process was seamless and very fast. Delivery was just as fast and the email updates kept me informed of the process of my order at all times.When I received my camera, the back cover was not in the box. I contacted Le Roux, and he profusely apologised and immediately shipped it at no charge. He tested the product before he shipped it, and forgot to put the cover in the parcel. Normal human error, but I really did not mind this, because I knew my product was tested.When the cover arrived, I had troubles setting it up. I contacted Le Roux and he assisted me very fast and professionally.For some reason we could not get it to work right, even after Le Roux got the manufacturer to remotely reset the camera.Le Roux asked me to send back the camera, so that they can see what the problem was. Le Roux sent me Whatsapp videos, showing that the camera was now working fine.Within no time, also with the effective email updates tracking the parcel, I received my camera back. I tested it, and it worked. Two days later, when I was about to install the camera, it did not want to switch on, even after I know I had it fully charged. I again contacted Le Roux, and he Immediately identified the batteries as being faulty. Within no time, and at no charge, the new batteries were delivered.But wait there is more.... lolI installed the new batteries and suddenly the camera made a short. I contacted Le Roux again, and he said that I should pack the camera, and send it back. I offered to pay for the courier and repairs, but he refused to accept my offer to pay for this.Well.... He fixed it, at no charge and sent it back, at no charge, within a few days. I received the camera and with Le Rouxs assistance, set it up again tested it, and all went well.I'm happy to report, that my camera has been installed a few weeks now, and works like a bomb.Thank you Le Roux for the beyond excellent customer service and the super amazing after sales service you provide. You went far and beyond what any supplier has ever done in my lifetime. I really wish there were more companies that deliver such excellent service.I will definitely continue to spread the word, and look nowhere other than My Kleine Winkel, when I require a product they supply.Thank you a thousand times againLeon
