I received very bad service from Pro 2 Clean. They did not clean my couch properly and I have waited a month for them to come and fix it with no team showing up. I gave them a time and day every week for the past month with just empty promises and lies.

Nkhanyiso and his team were incredibly professional and efficient. I really enjoyed their company and the service they provided me with. Although we started off with a small hiccup of not 'knowing' about the carpets and mattresses, he made a plan and dealt with it all very well. The cherry on the top was when the other team came in to help finish off the job - Many hands make light work". Incredible team work and warm demeanors right to the end of the day.SO thank you again. I will definitely recommend your company and will contact you should we require any further deep cleans in our house in the future or elsewhere."

There is no words to the horrible service we experienced from manager. Roland has no respect for customers . No feed back on complaints. The ladies has no training and this filters to the manager and his team. Glad to be ridd of them. More stress than what their worth

Thank you so much for the excellent service that we received over the weekend. The guys were super professional and did a stellar job with the deep clean. There’s no residual smell from the cleaning and I’m thoroughly impressed by that. I'll definitely be making use of their services soonest.

Absolutly teribble service. The cleaning was poorly done and took two full days to complete" half the work for what was quoted as a one day job.In the process the floring was perminanlty damaged

Did not keep to the scheduled time, received no feedback, I had to constantly call the agent to obtain a status update, even though I was promised feedback.I also received no apologies for the 5 hour delay or lack of feedback until I complained on email.A very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Will never use thw service again. Also over R500 more expensive than another quote, the only plus is being able to come in on a Saturday.

Fantastic cleaning company - would highly recommend them purely for Roland.They organised and cleaned everything related to a building filled with animals waste and other bi-products which other companies didn't want to touch. They also assisted with transporting everything and Roland was in constant communication throughout the entire process ensuring the utmost transparency and flexibility where required.

Their equipment and detergent was ineffective, and their inspectors were unable to tell on their own whether something is well cleaned or not. So it really annoyed me that I had to stay at home to run behind them and make sure they do their job properly. They would insist that they were doing their level best, but the results weren't saying the same thing. Unprofessional.But at least they were willing to come back again free of charge to clean up what they so badly missed the first time. I still wouldn't recommend them
