Do not go near them if you a tenant. They are completely biased and favour the landlord over the tenant to the extent of common sense going out the door. You can’t reason with them and it only ends up in an unfair situation that costs the tenant. Just one example of many, when we viewed the place we were told water included, then we were told sorry water is not included. Then once we moved in at the end of the first month they tried to charge us for the water bill of the previous tenant, surely a agency that’s calls themselves Property Professionals knows that water is in the arrears and on top of the we paid a water deposit for the very reason that when we move out we get billed for the last month we where there. It was a timely back and forth before they accepted this basic fact. So don’t bother to deal with them rather use another agency in the area because you will just be lining yourself up for issues.
