Great service from the Cycle Pro Team. New to the mountain biking world and out of the stores visited in PE, really enjoyed their experience and patience the most! Best sales technique was suggesting I should take the bike for a ride and truly was an enjoyable experience riding around the parking lot. This gave me the confidence that the sales team was interested in my needs even though I wasn't buying a 80k bike, but rather looking to the entry level offering.
