I went to fetch my upholstery today (Thursday) that I was told would be ready this past Tuesday . When I walked in I could see half of the job unapholstered on the front table . I asked the owner Mohammed why I wasn’t called to let me know that the job wasn’t done as I had rushed from work to fetch it . The cushions that were upholstered where badly done too. He grabbed the cushions from me , told me to come back on Monday to collect , he was so incredibly rude I was dumbfounded. He then proceeded to tell me he should be retired and wish he had never taken my job on in the first place and that he is closing his shop . I would not recommend this business to anyone .

First time ever visiting this shop. So helpful and friendly. I will definately go back again.

The shop is well-stocked, and it has a little bit of everything. The owner of the place is extremely helpful!

Went to buy some fabric to make curtains, they where very helpful to recommend the type of material and ideas of how to place the curtains. The store is clean and has a variety of options/prince range.

The shop owner was very helpful, cheerful and polite. His personality makes up for the shortage of fabric in his shop.

I wish I had read the negative reviews before stepping foot in to this shop. My couch was collected a month ago. I was told it would take a week to make the slip cover. I eventually called to ask what has happened to the slip cover for my couch. No one has any idea where it is. Avoid!!!! I hope I at least can get my couch back.Update: A week went by and I got my couch back- damaged and smelling of cigarette smoke. When I asked for the material and old slip cover to be returned too, as by this time 7 weeks had passed, I was told to go to hell". Excellent customer service."

We have used Exclusive Fabric & Décor a number of times for the procurement of fabric as well as the making up of curtains, blinds & cushion covers. I have always been very happy with the advice, pricing & service.

Avoid this place. These are the biggest RIP off artists. They quote one price and then tell you they forgot" this and "forgot" that and before you know it the price had doubled. No proper quotes. Highly unprofessional."

Wonderful store, filled with treasures at more affordable prices than other popular fabric stores in the area. The most helpful staff and owner. Best service and a must visit.
