I bought two evening dresses and my wedding dress at Très Jolie Bridal and Evening Wear.I'll keep going back because of the good quality of the dresses as well as the great customer service.Hannelie and her team goes out of their way to help make major life events special and memorable for their clients.

What a horrible experience at this store.Lack of customer service and etiquette.The lady who assisted seemed as though she didn't want to be there and everything we asked was an inconvenience.A day that was meant to special ways made sour by the experience. I also don't understand how ordering a dress in a different colour takes 8 months. Why have the option then.What a horrible place!

If I could review this shop 0/5. I would. I am VERY unhappy with Hannelie and her customer service. Whilst in the shop and at my fitting the consultants tried absolutely everything to get me to buy a dress. I was not allowed to take pictures to compare to other dresses that I previously tried on. I made a hasty decision and bought a dress that day, because I don’t have much time left. Today I took my dress to get altered and the seamstress said she can’t believe they sold me a dress that needs this many alterations. I phoned and asked if they have a returns policy in place. Without hesitating for one minute I was told that I cannot possibly expect them to take the dress back after 1 week. There is no way I can bring the dress back and I cannot get 1 cent of the R18000 I paid back. I must just make peace with the dress I was sold. I will advise anybody to stear clear of this bridal shop. They don’t care about anything else than making money. And they definitely don’t care about you and your wedding day.

Hannelie and her team can perform magic. My cousin (in 2017) and I (in 2022) both had the same amazing experience at Tres Jolie with Hannelie. Like my cousin I also was terrified of not finding my dress. Hannelie took dresses from the rak that I said I wanted but she took one extra one and said :please just try this as well." All the dresses I tried were beautiful but the 1 Hannelie picked out stol my hart completely.If you want someone with years of experience in the bridal wear industry and passion for making her brides feel beautiful
