Glenvista Post Office

The most frustrating experience trying to get my license renewal. Only one window working with 5 staff members walking around. Multiple elderly people having to wait in long lines without chairs or any assistance. Card machine off line. Printers having issues. Even if you have all the documents required they will still turn you away after staying 1hr plus with only 5 people ahead of you. Staff taking selfies and laughing will customers wait. At the very least try to assist clients and help them, especially when you are making them wait hours to do renew licenses.

The service is better than at Southdale Post Office. The Shopping Centre here is even clean.

The most useless post office! Refused to renew my vehicle licence because it was 8 minutes past 4, when they are open till 5! The attitude of the staff there is disgusting! Absolutely no customer service and incredibly rude!

Super quick, efficient and friendly service. Went to renew my license. Khosi was amazing and welcoming. Even the lady who processed my docs at the counter friendly and very fast. I spent no more than 10 minutes there. Big ups!!! Only flaw I noted, there is sanitizer at the door but nobody ensures that patrons actually sanitize upon entry

My first time visiting the post office and was impressed by the efficiency of the staff, even though the queue was long, it was moving at acceptable pace, the staff showed enthusiasm and energetic even though it was later in the afternoon. I will definitely use this post office again in the future. To the staff please keep it up.

I took R7400 to pay Coj accounts of R5800 , R1000 for hubby license and R500 for my license. I gave her R6000 COJ , and thought i was left with R1400 to pay Licenses but when i went to take balance out my purse, i only had R400, so i told her i paid her R1000 to much and she refused I gave her anything extra, Angie (manager)said she trusted her and it was me that made the error. Went home and checked what balance was left from the R10k i had, and it was R2600, so she definitely kept the R1000 as i only went to post office and back. I feel sick to my stomach because money is SO tight right now and every cent counts. I asked to look at cameras and they said they dont have any. I will NEVER put foot in their again.

Worst service ever. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Queue is running all the way to the next shops, 3 other ladies are just seated. Only one is assisting us.

Called and was given instructions what I needed. Got to the PO and the teller said letter of authority is not needed. Spent over an hour here when there was only four people in the PO.. Service would be way better if it was faster and communication was consistent..... License renewal was done without even asking for a copy of my ID or letter of authority from the owner.

This post office has now closed down.
