Jetline Centurion

Personally idk what I did but I was clearly unwanted when I visited the shop today. The guy at the counter didn't even seem like he wanted to help me. The rest of the staff completely ignored us and we were told to wait until he was ready to help us. We just ended up waiting then leaving coz we clearly don't have all the time in the world to wait for one guy to decide when he wants to help us. Ruined my whole mood:(

Jetline Centurion is highly recommended by me! I was a first time customer going into different printing shops to try and get help with printing for my business. Jetline proved to be the best. Best prices, best service. I was very particular and therefore very difficult about my order but Jetline Centurion and especially Mzomuhle were SO patient and blew me away with the outcome. Mzomuhle did not give up until i was happy and redid my design several times until i was happy even. Today i received my order and i cannot believe how perfectly it came out. Thank you Mzomuhle!

Unfortunately with printing places it really takes a small but negligent mishap to stop using them.I was told on the phone Jetline would be able to scan 600dpi without any issue. Got there and their main scanner was now broken. The attendant wasn’t able to tell me what the other machine was able to scan at. After they expressed concern for the thickness of the paper and the feeder, they then completely disregarded that concern and my anxious request to use the flatbed. The attendant grabbed an original page, fed it in “to test” and it got stuck.After they yanked the page out, bending it, they put it on the flatbed.The scanner only scans 300dpi at “high quality”. No indication of colour depth.Not reassuring that the staff aren’t trained in this, that there was no high dpi scanner. And that they’re inclined to test whether something gets stuck on originals rather then with a blank page of the same paper I had with me.Jetline is very convenient when it works but not very professional.

This branch specifically really understands what customer service is. The indian gentleman at the counter is extremely helpful. Staff are friendly and welcoming! Pleasant experience with them and they will be definitely getting more business from me.

Absolutely revolting staff!!! My second time there and the staff are so rude!!! When I was there today I didn't have small change so the lady threw my change on the counter and walked away!!! Hate the attitude of the staff!!!

This place is a joke. Not that they don’t have capabilities, they have have everything you need but the staff that are there to assist are just appalling. ‘Especially the light skinned female at the front. Jesus! She jus doesn’t care. Rather buy yourself a printer.

Sheridan at Jetline Centurion is amazing. He always assists and will never let a client down. He will go in hours early or stay hours late to get an order done on time. A true gem, which I hope his employers notice - as a business owner I know how hard it is to get employees of Sheridan's calibre. I have noticed though, that he is overworked. It does not seem like he is getting much assistance from anyone. I sent an email to head office about this, but never even got a response.I would have given five stars if I was only rating Sheridan's service.... I have been printing with Jetline since 2015 and lately it seems like they are not giving attention to the maintenance of their printers and other equipment anymore. Some of the printers are out of order more and more often and might need to be replaced, but it does not happen. Their guillotine seems to not work properly anymore. They are often out of stock of critical material. I don't know if there has been a change of ownership or management in the past two years, but I can see how they are getting worse and worse. If not for the awesome service I always receive from Sheridan, this would have been a one star rating and I would have moved away from Jetline a long time ago.

Absolutely terrible service. Waiting almost a week on a printing job of 4 pages, after continuous promises that the work will be completed, I called again this morning and the only answer I get was that they haven't even started on it.
