Received bad service. Doors are not closing properly, locks aren’t working. Utterly damaged the door when installing the locks. Keeps making empty promises. Does not want to give receipts or compliance certificates for glazing.

I've used his service, very poor, has not supplied what paid for. Has only installed the 2 columns and not the top head of the door frames. Dumped the old frame hidden in the garden.

Exodus kept to every appointment and was on time from his initial call out to quote including the commencement of the job. His staff take pride in their work and the end result is evidence of this. They are professional, courteous and meticulous paying great attention to detail. They are also exceptionally tidy in everything they do considering the extraordinary dust and shavings that comes with carpentry. An excellent business to deal with and highly recommended based on our experience. Good to see such a professional outfit still exists today where one has the peace of mind that the job is done right the first time round in the specified time without delays and having to keep a watchful eye on progress. I used Exodus last week to repair my wooden sliding door that could no longer slide open due to the wood being rotten with age. They came and fixed it to more than perfection. Their work was professional and the sliding door is back to the best condition it could ever be. They replaced the entire wooden strip at the bottom and the top part and varnished it to perfection!! Well done to Chris and his hard work.

This was the second to me I’ve used Exodus. Good service, timely response to communication & decently priced.

Exodus Carpentry are unreliable and dishonest. I first contacted these guys in September and asked them to install some wooden cornices (which I had bought) in 2 rooms at my house. He agreed to do it, but never showed up every time when an appointment was made for a for a few weeks. Eventually he sent some guys with defective equipment, and they cut a few of the pieces, but then told me they could not continue. I then asked him to please complete the work himself, and he promised that he would. But for the next four weeks all I got were excuses and new promises, but he has never come back. All I am left with are cut cornices and having to find someone else to finish the bad work he did. Please be advised Exodus Carpenter should not be trusted.
