This store in particular offers a wide range of quality products, pre-loved and looking for new homes. Prices are reasonable and services are tailored.

I used to visit this shop once a week for years. Bought many things despite the fact that i thought the prices high. It seemed that there were lots of good second hand items from the neighbourhood. The floor staff were nice people. Unfortunately i can't say the same for the management.Dreadful. I will never put my feet in this shop again. Never.

Unfriendly, not much useful stock..

Terrible service at this place, bad staff unprofessional and rude.I bought a paur of sun glasses and the next day it broke, went back for exchange they told me their's nothing they can do because it is physically broken WTH? the guy who sold them to me offered to send it to whoever for a response okay.They asked for my slip, but i didn't have it but all my details are on their system because i gave them when buying, the guy refused to do a print out, what was the point of giving my personal details if they can retrieve my slip? Very poor service rendered here no after sale service.Do not buy from them because you will waste your money. Cash cknverter is always better than these rip off people.

Wide array of products on offer. Was disappointed though since I didn't get to sell my campcot as they don't take such products. Would be beneficial for you to call them in advance before driving all the way like I did. Nonetheless this is a one stop shop where you can get household appliances, musical instruments, home entertainment gadgets etc

Great service from staff, very friendly and will go an extra mile to assist you. Cool stuff they are selling too.

Terrible service from management, rather take a drive and go to another one. If you are a buyer or seller best to go anywhere but here.

Their service was not good at all!!It seems as if its difficult for the staff to believe the customers as they keep asking for proof of the item when doing a buy back.The staff cannot reason with you and instead offers you any small amount that comes to mind as they're not 100% sure if the item is 'real'.They also cannot get anyone in the store to help confirm if the item is 100% real, after showing all the necessary signs, slogans and engraving that was being looked for.The staff also fits the items on which is really unhygienic, especially in this pandemic, but still cannot provide an offer on the item, so I don't trust going back at all if I will be getting this experience again!!
