Not happy with Steers Hatfield Burnette street, I ordered online with steers app on the 24th of December 2021 @19:45, order was excepted and received an email confirmation, I also paid online!! We never received the order been trying since then to get hold of them to request my order or refund but just no luck!!!!! Will never NEVER order from them again!!

Just got out of the Hatfield Steers. I ordered medium chips (order 57). At first, I was given burnt chips and I refused. I was later given my order without the 1000 island sauce. I kindly requested the sauce and was told it was not available. I could see the sauce was available in the big container and asked the lady to kindly put the sauce for me in my chips. The lady said if you want the sauce ...it will be regarded as the extra sauce you have to pay for it. ... How can I pay for the sauce as an extra sauce when I initially was not given the sauce??? Edna was one of the ladies who refused to give me the sauce. Before this incident, I had been served burnt chips 2 times which made me refuse them to today. Steers should do something about the quality and quantity of chips being made/served at Hatfield Steers.

My full order was not delivered. In addition, instead of a double rack of ribs I received a box with 5 individual small pieces of rib and stale chips. The large ribster burger was not delivered

We ordered delivery at hatfield plaza steers and waited for more than an Hour and half. Our food was icecold when the delivery eventualy came after us being told that our food is in a warmer in the delivery vehicle/bike. When we phoned the enquiries at hatfield plaza steers/ debonairs the lady was very rude , told me we have to understand that they only have 1 delivery vehicle( in such a busy time- 18:30 to 20:00 they should provide extra vehicles to keep customers satisfied) we live less than 700m from the steers and did not want to go there because we were busy with studdies for the upcomming weekly exams.I would like to know what are you are going to do about this problem and what is going to change my mind about me supporting hatfield plaza steers

Absolutely not worth it Steers use to great but to pay R100 for sub par meals is not worth it. Today i got myself a wacky Wednesday meal a coke and an ice cream for R120 the service is terrible and slow the lady at the counter was very rude. The food here is disgusting i would rather eet the box it came in. I will never recommend this place to anyone

I made an order over an hour ago on the app and it still hasn't even been prepared. I have tried multiple times to contact the restaurant but with no reply every time. The automated landline response also does not work properly.
