Quick service. Got my insurance sorted out in no time

PG Glass Boksburg was an awful experience. Nobody gets back to you. Their phone lines ring for hours. There's always SMS saying they are trying to reach you but no missed calls. They don't get back to you on time. It wasn't a good experience so I ended up going to glasfit instead. This branch really needs to be looked into. Bad for business and PG glass as a whole

Good day,I am extremely disappointed with the service received from PG glass and would not recommend miway or any other insurance to use them as they will loose valued and loyal clients.My vehicle was in an accident and part of the accident was the damaging of the windscreen. Miway authorized PG glass to fix the windscreen during the first week of January this year. PG glass kept postponing their appointment to fit the windscreen in as the panel beaters were done with the car on their side on the 19th already. PG glass eventually made an appointment to come through yesterday only to find they brought the wrong sized glass. They then told the panel beaters they would be back, they did not return nor did they communicate this to the panel beaters. Today the panel beaters took initiative to contact them and it was only then that they told them ordering a new glass would take 6days. Now this is pg glasses error and they should fix it. I want the car fixed tomorrow as I don't have 6 days to wait. The Communication on your side is also bad as I had to hear this from the panel beaters after making a follow up. No representative from pg glass has even made means to notify me. Nor have they ever made any means of communication during this claim process.My next step is to take this unprofessional service to hello Peter and give you guys a low rated review.

Good luck getting hold of the team, I trwod twise already spending 6 min on each call going round in circles with automated options that does not work and waste my airtime, is there a direct number to contact to speak to someone that can actually help me. What a waste of time.
