The pricing of certain things may be good but as for the service, their staff leaves much to be desired. Its as if you are doing them a favor to shop... with that said, I have never had one problem at any of the other branches.

Whr do I start, I saw a microwave online and saw that there was 1 in stock so I made it a mission to fone them to ask if it's still there I can't remember the ladies name that answered but it is a Muslim yusrah, Rashana or something which is the cashier they sed it is maybe at the warehouse if its not in the store I said fine I will Call back the next day.I called they sed they still going but 3 hours passed and I went there they sold it to a other lady imagine I had to give out money for airtime and ubers which cost me more than R100 . Kind like called me but lying the lady Samantha which is a worker there it's so disappointing coz I have never gotten this service by other cash crusaders and I will definitely never go to this one again. Sies u lairs. The cashier and general worker or sales assistant Samantha idk whatever your occupation there. Customer service is the most important in a business. I hope ur manager replies to my review and this episode happened today.

This is even not a 1 star worth reason they never give you the correct change happen to me this afternoon they must give me change for the amount of R23.75 they only gave me R23.00 then the floor manager told me they CASH CRUSADERS don't work with BROWN MONEY I told him then you are robbing a pensioner of 75c say 70c it comes by for a breadVery bad CUSTOMER PROTOCOL/service I told him even then your IT guy must rectify the problem or the BIG BOSSI told him I can go to any shop here in GATESVILLE then they will give me brown money for changeWa kom hy vandaan"SO CUSTOMERS PLEASE CHECK YOUR CHANGE"

Nice revamp done in the store gives a more open and authentic look.. Also sorted between new goods and second hand goods.. Staff always friendly to help out

Cash Crusaders is conveniently situated near the Gatesville Medical Center and opposite a large public parking area. The staff are professional and helpful. There was one particularly helpful and knowledgeable guy by the name of Jason. He had good product knowledge and me good advice.

This was my 1st and very last time i will ever buy anything at Cash Crusaders - i purchased an electrical tool & within 2 days it didn't want to work. i tried returning it & the Management refused to accept it - then still had the audacity to imply that we tampered with the product. In my opinion they might as well tear up their warranty policy. Well so much for a 1st impression. Never ever again will i think of purchasing there again. Very Very unhappy customer.

Lots of miscellaneous goods. Great for the aspiring dj or sound engineer, or for an avid event planner as theres always lots of soy d and event items to purchase. Finding parking might be priblematic as the store is situated in a busy hub.. So you might have to park further and walk in for you own sanity.

Just came from this store. Sad service. Just brought in some old power tools. Was completely overlooked by the staff. It would appear that if you don't have cell phones or jewelry to sell you will be overlooked. Rather go to another branch. Your business might be valued elsewhere
