Having my grandkids around for a holiday will always be challenging with them being children. One of their favorite outings for them is a visit to Gatti Ice Cream Factory Outlet. Because their taste varies so much I end up buying 3-4 boxes of lollies". What I must say is the value for money you get at Gatti is so easy on the pocket and the service from doing the"eye shopping" (product display) to the collection of my purchase is a smooth operation. Will definitely recommend Gatti Ice Cream to those who have children who loves to chill with an ice lolly."

Best to visit during office hours. Enough parking available. Ice creams sold by the box and not individually. All the gattis products are always available. Card and cash payment options.

Disappointed experience over the festive period. Burnt Almond Ice cream seemed to miss all the almonds. Good money spend on poor product. No one has contacted me to assist as yet.

Customer service is non existence. I only attend this place because my kids likes their products. Conversation between staff Members with a customer being helped, is a no no..Help the Customer First, then continue your personal conversation. It's also advisable to acknowledge your customers.

I was hoping to see the products and choose what I want ...... instead you have to choose from a photo display. So if you don't know exactly what you want, you will be a hold up for the queue. The prices are good
