I personally did not have a good experience with the receptionist. I popped in to get medication that I have a script for from a behavioural specialist (our local vet is closed today) she was cross questioning me and the advice that I have been given from professionals. I felt uncomfortable and don’t feel like it’s her place to tell me I need to have my dog sterilised because he is “young” with out knowing anything about the breed or history of the dog. I won’t be back there ever.

Open on a Sunday morning and just such a great experience all round with an amazing vet who sorted the issue out in no time to the friendly peeps in the waiting room. Making a usually not-so-pleasant excursion into a rather pleasant one.

We had just arrived on holiday when my dog's cruciate ligament gave in. Dirk and his team saved the day, operating and getting her back on her paws. We felt supported throughout the process and we could still enjoy our holiday

Had to take in my puppy after hours on 27 May 2021, I beyond was impressed with the service received. Unfortunately on 28 May 2021 had to put Milo to sleep, I am thankful that he passed on without pain. The four months we had with him are immeasurable.
