Good cost to rent but not to helpful when you are in a pinchI ended up buying a ladder instead of renting oneWho keeps copies of company registration, proof of address and so on with them when you are in need of a rented itemI understand that they need proof of who you are, to ensure that their rentals don't get stolenBut when you have proof of who I am as well as my business card and you get told they need copies of things that you don't have access to - company registration and proof of address - then buying what you need will be a less irritating optionAlso telling me that I will need to fill in forms when I get there is one thing, not telling me I needed to bring copies for company registration and so on is anotherClearly someone needs to let you know what you need to give all the info related to a question - can I rent from you?Do you have an account with us?No I do not.You will need to fill in forms when you get herePerfect see you in 5minI was sitting on the side of the road looking for hire placesNot once while on the phone was I told to bring copies of anything or that it would needed or that it was a requirementMaybe next time they will give all the information required over the phone and not let people know you will need to fill in a form when you get thereBut all is now good I will not need to rent a ladder again thanks to lack of information not given over the phone

A tool hire company that gets it.Moving to a new premises just across the road. Although it sits on Pomona Road the entrance is behind it off of Tulbach road. Their new location has a lot more space and is nicely renovated. It was pleasant to be received by efficient and friendly staff, what they did not have in the shop they quickly sourced and made sure I was taken care of. I will go there again.

Great choice of equipment. Stock always available. Great staff too.
