Honest, dedicated, and willing to assist with any and all problems i have had with my vehicles. They further gave me a six month warranty on the work done instead of the 3 month warranty determined by the Consumer Protection Act. Great workshop which i will recommend to anyone who wants good service and quality workmanship.

Great staff amd service

If I could give a zero, I would. I have had NO feedback om my vehicle for weeks and than it was send to another person. Still no feedback even after a promise that the such other person will call me.After 2 weeks I enquired about the vehicle and only then did Parish phone me, to tell me what I was told 2 weeks ago, they are still looking for the problem.....I was than send a bill, not itemised or authorised. It lists only spares and labour costs. A blank workorder was however signed by my partner (female) on the day of the delivery to the shop. It was however NOT completed except for her signature with a comment made that it was to book in the car.!! It was subsequently completed by JNL, without ANY feedback or reason for work done!!!! That workorder, now miracously completed, is still with JNL.To top it off, I requested the vehicle back from Parish and have now been warned to settle the bill and if I do not collect within 8 hours, I will be charged storage.Nice one.I REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH AN ENTITY THAT PRAY ON WOMEN AND TAKES CHANCES
