Such a beautiful gem in the heart of the City, serene and calming ambiance. Friendly and courteous members of staff. Thank you to Patrick who made our experience extra special. Exceptional delectable menu, the prawn pizza was by far one of the rarest and absolute best I have had. Thee creamy pasta dish consisted of some fresh veg garnish. This was a absolutely delightful experience. Thank you.

I went out with my partner, it was our first time going to the place we enjoyed our dining at the restaurant. We had friendly staff serving us and great menu options that we could choose from. i would highly recommend such a gem to friend's and family.Thanks to Simba , Prince , and Wawa .

The Sanctuary restaurant at the Kloof Street Hotel was quite a pleasant surprise. Lovely restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Magnificent view of Table Mountain from the pool area where you can also sit and enjoy your meal. Great service and the fact that you could use the Entertainer" facility a nice touch. I will definitely recommend a visit to The Sanctuary."

I went there last weekend with my mother.The service was great. Efficient and friendly. The view is amazing as the restaurant is at the top of the hotel. There is indoor and outdoor seating.It has a nice wide variety on the menu. Also the restaurant is on the Entertainer if you want to save some money but it is strictly for the main menu.I ordered the chicken pot pie which looked burnt but wasn’t at all. The gravy/sauce was so creamy and nice and rich which was perfected well with a side salad. The angry chicken burger was delicious. The basting sauce was amazing and come with a nice spiced chips, including coleslaw and mustard sauce. The chicken curry was delicious and was served with a raita.I would definitely be coming back to try a few more other things on the menu.

This restaurant is amazing, I love it. The food menu is 100% . The staff is very friendly and is comfortable to sit. You can come with friends but also to work. You can even see the table mountain and devils peak from the window seats.I can recommend the food , I love it, is amazing!

I ordered a medium rare steak and ended up getting this excuse of a steak... Rubbery and lacked seasoning - I wouldn't come here again after this distasteful experience.

We attended the whisky tasting in celebration of Jack Daniels birthday month of September.The whisky experience was great, welcome drinks on arrival.Staff were very friendly and the service was excellent.Food is a 7/10
