Communication is handled very professionally but simple repairs( just a bumper replacement and paint)too my car too a month too complete.

You know that feeling you have when you just purchased a new car, it be a 2nd hand or brand new with all that excitement! I had pretty bad dent on my bonnet and a few scraps but lucky for me, I had the pleasure of dealing with Faber Coachworks in Tokai. Robert, Deon and team... you guys gave me that exact same feeling all over again of a brand new car when I came to collect. I dont know where to start but give high praises and a thank you. I would recommend you all anyday, they will make sure to give you that feeling all of a brand new car again. I'm driving a 2009 model car that's practically brand new!!!!

Amazing service! Best I’ve had in Cape Town on my Mercedes. No task too menial for Deon and his outstanding team (in addition to the bodywork and mag facelifts they did). The valet left my car smelling brand new, too. 10 out of 10 for value for money and service. I had two other comparative quotes done which were so far out of the ball park. I only wish I’d found Farber Tokai and Deon, years ago!

The worst panel shop I ever been to. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my entire life. Hubenecia is one clueless service advisor. They don’t respond to my messages I had to follow up all the time on the progress of my car. They supposed to order parts in December 2022 as I took my car in January 30th just to be told parts is on order, was never ordered. I told them not to replace the windscreen as I can’t wait another year for my car. Then they want to submit invoice to insurance with the windscreen that they never did. I will Never advise anyone to take their car to this place. Pathetic service

I dropped my car on the 4th of April, they confirmed the car would be done the following Wednesday or Friday for the latest because of the weekend and public holidays. They also said they would give me an update by Thursday the 6th, which they didn’t . I phoned them on the 11th they said the car is in the paint shop and would be done by Friday for the latest. I followed up again today the 13th and now they telling me the car is still in the paint shop and will only be done next week. If they gave me the correct timeline when I dropped the car I would never have left the car there because I knew I needed the car by the end of this week.

Happy with there services. They one of the few places that take pride in their work and finish everything till the last steps.Always happy and only using them.

Follow up, Follow up, Follow up...still nothing. Would give 0 stars if I could. Been waiting 3 weeks just for a quote to repair a cracked tail light. By far the worst service I have ever had.

Pathetic service, Hubenicia, and Manager Deon make no effort to assist in resolving the matter. They seem to be brilliant at not giving conclusive eta's and just delay, and play for time with no care about their clients inconvenience caused for having no car while they take forever to fix the car. Updates are almost non existent and you have to follow up all the time. Still no feedback to date, after complaint email sent, even after threatening to a bad review online. I have had the car there for more than a month, paid in full 2 weeks ago, and the car was incomplete upon collection. No quality control was done on the car, and they wanted us to take it like that, they were supposed to fix the bumper and this was not noted on the job card (their fault) and never done. Still waiting after they ordered the wrong part and made no effort to fix the car as a priority even though its a complaint. I personally know of at least another 2 clients with a similar experience. I dont think the Manager is equipped at all.I would unfortunately not recommend them, unless you are prepared to be pushed to your limit and totally disregarded as a client.

Tailgate of my Eco-Sport was damaged, dented behind the spare wheel. My insurance company suggested Farbers. So glad they did as from start to finish was a most professional job. Appreciated being kept in touch by Whats App on progress together with photos. Efficient and a pleasure to deal with them so top marks to Farbers - I highly recommend.
