Absolutely the WORST Steers meal I have ever had. Chips were drenched in oil and soggy, would be able to fry an egg in the amount of oil that was in the chips and no spices were added. Burger... Patty was bland and tasteless, looked like it was shoved in a microwave for a few minutes just to heat up, did not even have grill marks on it. Cardboard would have more flavor and taste. Bacon was transparent and watery. Half of burger was on the side of the bun.Staff looked like it was such an inconvenience to take my order. Not even a smile, felt very unwelcome in the store.I see there has been multiple complaints about the Eldograine branch over a time of more than 4 years. Surely something should be done about it.Was a waste of R180.Send those staff members to Steers Atlasville to see how it is done.Eldograine is dragging the Steers flame grilled reputation through the mud.#unhappy #wasteofmoney #worstfood #doesnotdeserveastar

Food is disgusting. Dirty kitchen and waiting area. Staff are rude. Food was dry, tasted rancid and was a waste of money. Worst Steers I have encountered.

This is the worst steers ever. I had two bad services there. The first time the cashier walked oit on me. To walk the client to her car and I was left standing there with no body to help. Yesterday 5/4/22 between 20h00 and 20h30, went in to buy and there was no cashier I was told to go on the side off fisherways to place my order that side ans the other lady an employee call the cashier to comeand assist me. I then heard the lady been called say what does that customer want here. People do not value thier work hey, and it is so difficult out there. Value your work do what your hired to do with deligence and respect the people you serve.

This place doesn't even deserve one star.The person who was assisting me went to get milk and took 20 minutes to come back. She than proceeded to make my milkshakes that took 2 minutes. There was no straws an she then left again to get straws by the garage. I was waiting more than 5 minutes and decided to go to the garage and fetch the sraws myself. When I got there she was busy buying sweets and drinks. I took the straws and went my way.She took more than half an hour to make a milkshake. Absolutely disgusting service.

Worst experience I have ever had. Didn't make my order when I arrived. Took 50 mins for a simple two burger meal, after giving them 40mins after the online order was placed. Would not recommend.

I am very unhappy with the service. I ordered food on the app. It was delivered an hour later, cold, and I had to phone the store and the driver to find out were the food was. After complaining on the app, I was promised feedback, but none received, since Monday?

Steers saxby had Very friendly staff. Must be one of the cleanest steers. Food was quick even though they had constant orders. Quite happy withthe experience today
