Very bad service didn't even what to help with my problems only said that my charger is the problem and selled one to me for R1200, I went for a second check on the charger witch came back that is is fine as I went back to shiprider they said that they have to charge me a handling fee of R200. I feel that is there mistake and now I have to pay R200?

After seeing the ad, I was very dissappointed in the not friendly and helpful service I expected as an older person. The lady that helped me does not know her product and the manager/owner"?? was hiding behind the pillars in the shop and did not come to assist her. Another young guy told me the manager was busy?? Is it because I did not immediately say I wanted to buy a scooter or was it because I had one on my vehicle?? Dissappointed to say the least."
