Cheap is not always the best option. My package was being couriered from Polokwane to Durban. It was dropped off at their office and even a tracking number received but they can't seem to find it. I can't even log a complaint on their website, their website doesn't work. No accountability on their part!Check out Hello Peter" as well

Pathetic service. They promise up to 72hrs and I’m still waiting for my parcel to be delivered 5 days later. Waste of money and time.

Pathetic pathetic service. 2 weeks later and I still don’t have my parcel. Every time I call I’m waiting over 10 minutes until the call gets cut. On WhatsApp they tell me to call the number that never answers and eventually cuts. No one can help me and it will be 3 weeks next week. Pathetic!!!!

Very bad service, my parcel didn't arrive to the destination that I sent to... The receiver had to go and fetch the parcel @ Durban one of their branches, which costed R300 more...they will tell you that there are places they don't deliver... While their advertisements says something else...

If I could give zero stars I would. What a rubbish service I received.I bought a gift for a friend's baby shower and the parcel was supposed to be delivered within 3 days after purchasing it and 10 days later I'm told I have to wait 48-72hours so it takes them 15 full days to deliver a domestic parcel

They received my order on 04 April 2023.My parcel was out for delivery on 05 April 2023...They make some excuses,I tried to email then it bounced, whatsapp chatbod wasn't helping..I called them and exerting pressure on them until I received my parcel on 13 April 2023 at 15:15...They promised that I'll received it within 2-5 days...My only concern is 30 days return policy.

The service is so disgusting I wouldn't give this company a minus five star rating. I sent a parcel on 30/11/2022 from Durban to George. It arrived at the George depot on03/12/2022. Since then I've been given the run around about it's whereabouts. Today I arrived at the Durban depot to attempt to resolve the issue but have been forced to wait at the gate in 30° heat to no avail. Totally unacceptable. Do not use this company even if your life depended on it.

The worst courier I’ve used! I’ve sent a parcel to be delivered to JHB. It was sent to PE, then redirected to JHB, and redirected (AGAIN!) to PE. The parcel was supposed to have been delivered four days ago! I’ve been trying to get a hold of aramex and the call keeps dropping! This is ridiculous and pathetic service!

My shipment from Hong Kong arrived in South Africa. When it arrived in Johannesburg, South Africa, I was supposed to pay customs, but I put it off for another two or three days. On the fourth day after receiving the email requesting payment, I paid my customs. After completing this, I was informed of the whereabouts of my shipment through email and text message as soon as my customs payment was received. I've never been pleased with their service; my box was shipped from JHB Sandton to Durban and delivered to my house two days after I paid customs.Regards, Aramex
