The Red Room
I had an amazing evening at the Red Room this past weekend. The venue is beautiful and perfect for a romantic date night. The staff are excellent with great attention to detail. Each dish was absolutely delicious. I am still dreaming of the Chinese flower bread, the pork bibimbap and the peeking duck. Thank you Red Room for an unforgettable dinning experience.

A future champion with room for improvement. Amazing space, decor and ambiance.The food is beautifully presented. Loved the bread,the oysters, the grilled scallops, the ox tongue, the duck broth and the desserts. The dumplings pastry was too thick and stodgy and the Peking duck was fatty.

Atmospheric Asian restaurant.First ate: 21 April 2023Loved it. Every course was wonderful with the exception of the fish at the end. Choose the peking duck instead.Recommended: 4.5 / 5

Beautiful space in my favourite hotel.Restaurant wasn’t ready for opening clearly.Food fatty / oily and too much it. Couldn’t eat half.Staff still learning the menu and wine list.Would probably be better as an a la carte - would be more fun to share, rather than waste course after course.Lots of tasting menus around and this one doesn’t work so well... yet! Liam will fix it, I’m sure.Enjoyed the wine list.Hope it’s better next time.
