The Groom Room

Timmy has been going there for awhile now but I am not happy with their service anymore. 3 times now that I have not been happy. Firstly when I picked him up he had his lead tied around his neck. Secondly they nipped him in his neck. And 3 this time his cut was awful

Good day, I got my persian cut at a few places before but I have never been so satisfied with a job so well done. Previously he was always traumatised for days afterwards but he was so happy and calm afterwards. I will highly recommend you to anyone. Thank you so, so much. I will take Grumpy to no place other than yours.

Very pleased with how they cut my dogs hair. They do exactly what I ask. I could be more satisfied. Very friendly staff aswell. Would definitely recommend.

We took our 2 year old cat there on Saturday the 15th of October 2022. We got a call later to tell us to fetch the cat. When my 4 year old boy and I went in, we were told that our cat is dead. I couldnt believe it! When I went to go see the cat and her lifeless body was just lying there. The owner then arrived a few minutes later. When my wife went there on the 17th to find out what happened, they told my wife the owner was there before us which is a blatant lie!

Have been twice and innitially rated it 4stars but my 2nd visit has been chalk and cheese... I picked up my Schnauzer and by the evening found 3 fleas on her. She had none prior to taking her for grooming.I phoned them the following morning and just gave them a heads up as to what I have found so that they can prevent this or look at a solution before more dogs gets infected. I event mentioned that I will be dipping my own dog just to catch it before I gets worse...What I got after politely flagging it was a 'lets sweep it under the carpet' reply... okay I'll tell the owner"Not a sorry

After reading that they offer a stress free environment for dogs, I was excited to take my dog there. Unfortunately it turns out this parlour, as so many others, is just another sausage machine. They were packed and it took 2hours, most of it my dog spent in those horrible cages without so much as a blanket. Nothing stress free or comfortable about it.

Excellent service. My dog Chloe enjoys her bath. She is happy and i am too.
