The offices of Hello Charlie are a highly professional team, spear headed by Wouter le Roux. They are fully in touch with the latest trends adding a touch of timelessness to it. Due to my work schedule I could leave my project in their hands and the project was finalised not only in time but very professional.

I couldn't rate Wouter at Hello Charlie higher. They were integral to our success in launching our franchisee container concept at Word of Mouth. They went above and beyond, managing the supply chain expertly, providing expert advice to make our concept a reality, while never waiving on the quality of the final product. The project was partnered with Old Mutual, and I don't know how we would have delivered this high profile project in a very tight timeline without Hello Charlie.

We were foreign buyers who were fortunate to stumble across Hello Charlie. Simply put, the service was exemplary! While i spoke with at lease 4-6 different designers, none had the level of detail, professionalism, superb response time, individualized service and sensitivity to customer that Wouter did.Not only was the service outstanding, but he was very open to discussing budgets and stayed on budget and our final product takes our breath away.Additionally, he went above and beyond in advocating for us as we were conducting all of our sales and final transactions from overseas - being our eyes and ears so to speak. He created relationships with other vendors, recommended providers and gave us such great practical advice.Wouter started as our designer but ended as a lifelong friend. I am seriously considering bringing him to the US for our next project.Best part - he is very reasonably priced for such high quality work.I have 2 regrets - I cannot give more than 5 stars, and our project is over.
