What a special find!!. I was told my printer was going to cost more to repair than buying a new one. I am not comfortable with throwing things away that can be repaired.Godfrey repaired two items in the end for me. He has a wonderfully calm nature, excellent service and speaks passionately about electronics

Hi the service was fast and efficient and all working well now.

Godfrey from Godfreys Printer sold me a dry Ink cartridge that stayed in his shop for very long. He advises people to place the new sealed cartridges in hot water so the ink can start running again ... During this time the ink you bought runs down the drain so that it can start working again . The sad part is that he does not understand that its your money he's draining to get the product to work.In my case the cartridge after a few weeks stopped working...I contacted him and he said that he will find a replacement product"... Two weeks later I had to go to him instead to help myself while he was waiting for the issue to go disappear I suppose.I would not recommend this business as by principal I was sold a defective new product from this shop and Godfrey."

Called them and was on hold for 15 minutes. Imagine !

At 2 pm We drop our new printer to be cleaned as some how ands got in, he gave us a price, at 3 pm he called to say was more expensive because he needed to open the machine more careful than expected.its unacceptable to charge one price then different one, on top of that i say no thank you we will collect and he send a very disrespectful sms.

Quick, efficient and polite service and help.Took a well used Xerox printer (around 6 years of work, without services etc.) in to be accessed, got it back a couple of days later cleaned and running properly again.

So efficient and with such a friendly attitude to boot. Will use Godfrey for all my future servicing and troubleshooting.
