The agent tried to coerce us into signing an OTP that is not only incomplete but had items missing or incorrectly stated. Despite my request for the documents before the time for my lawyer to go through it with me, there was nothing supplied.A verbal offer was made on another property which the agent had no problem taking to the seller, which the seller rejected, but when wanting to make a verbal offer again for a different property the agent refused to present it to the seller without us signing an incomplete and incorrect OTP. When telling the agent about the offer the agent asked what about commission, which I understand to be between the agency and the seller. The agent clearly didnt want to present the offer because they wont be making enough commission. Poor transparency and will definitely be submitting a formal complaint with the necessary regulatory body for scrupulous activity.
